and no, that gpu could not game on all three.
Lol, not gaming on all 3 at once. I mean, gaming on one, while probably in an IDE debugging said game on the other 2 monitors.

If anyone's wondering, heres what I'm planning on getting:

buying 3 monitors to do that is a total waste of money
don't do it

hook it up to a displayport splitter and you're golden

but still

I mean, I'd love to play league of legends across the monitors, but I can't afford a gpu that can do that.
Well, at least not at that resolution.

I tend to want alot of space while coding, I dunno why.
My current duo monitor setup just isn't cutting it. :u

you guys and your dual and triple monitors
i just use one

I have only have one.
because it was all I could afford

I would say go for the third one. Definitely don't go for the second one (its only 3.0 gb/s). I'm unsure of what bare drive means, you might have to google it, but worst case all it means is that it doesn't come with a SATA cable, which you can buy from newegg for cheap and still stay under 119 total

Hmm. Well, I narrowed the list to 6.0GB/s and 7200RPM, and the one you said is the top of that list while within my price range. I'm not sure what I'd do with that USB card - not even sure my setup would be compatible with it. According to the other pictures, it does come with SATA cables. I still might need some instruction on how I'd put it together, though... Trey, do I have you on Steam under another name?

2 questions - is the i7 3770k good enough for gaming, and is it futureproof?

and what is the best laptop my friend can get for 1300-1500 bucks?

People say that the i5 3570k is good for gaming.

I've counted up all the monies I've been saving over the past few years, and it came down to £420

Time to buy new parts, hooray!

Do you guys have any good monitors to suggest?

damn wht u gona buy man
