It's not as bad as my ram, somehow it's 8gb 600mhz ddr3, unless ram underclocks itself drastically under a light load.

We just need an overhaul of our Old pitiful PC. :D

If new Ram is called for we'll take it.

one more question

what is a really good hard drive? i want to use it to store all my stuff, game on it, and want to record gaming videos on it, so like 2tb or 3tb should work

any suggestion? should i go with caviar black?

my monitor has integrated speakers
i have no idea how to use them
any ideas

Check for audio inputs on the monitor. If there are no audio ports, then HDMI ports and DisplayPort ports allow the transfer of audio through their own connection, so tell your computer to send audio through your GPU (Should come up as "HDMI out" or "DisplayPort out" in your playback devices).

yes

and also, try to match up your RAMs speed w/ the amount of RAM you have. nobody wants some low speed RAM w/ lots of the low speed RAM.

this a good deal?
Not bad, but I'd suggest if you're going up to the 200 dollar price range maybe just get yourself a 23 inch with hdmi capability.

This does have hdmi and my budget is $150.

wait what?

my ram speed is 1600mhz, everything is ok

i know, but having low capacity RAM with high speed wont be very helpful.
