They're really more of a budget brand. Because you're getting a 3750k i5 it might be best to not cheap out on one. Since you're probably thinking of overclocking, getting a non stock cooler might be good because I've heard that CPU has heat problems when overclocked.

well, I wasnt really going to overclock, so I might downgrade to the 3750. And whats a good brand of mb?

Non stock? (Sry, im new to computer specs. I just know how to build em.)

When you buy a cpu they come with a cooler to make sure they don't instantly overheat. The cooler that comes with it will work, but if you want to overclock, it'll get too hot. A better cooler will mean that you can get a higher clock before you reach critical temperatures.
One of the better motherboard brands would probably be MSI, but I'm not too experienced with motherboards so you should probably get someone who has more experience to give you advice on that.

Soon I'm going to buy a Corsair C70 so when I go off to College this August I'll have a good travel case C:

apparantly this and one of the GTX 670 models from EVGA have the same board. im serious, the 3GB model has four 1GB memory chips, and one of them is unusable, unless one would try to flash gtx 670 BIOS onto one.

so my monitor has integrated speakers, an audio input port, and i'm using vga. how can i utilize the speakers? what kind of cable would i buy?

Best Intel i5 better than an AMD Phenom II X4 970 for around ~$300 gogogo

It's not good but it's not bad. You know what an APU is right?
