Go to manufacturer's website for processors and chipset and such and download the latest drivers.

I figured out the problem, dxdiag says i have a standard VGA graphics adapter, and I don't know where to download the real one, even though I have looked through their driver downloads. I guess I would have to know which one to download before I could...

I'm not exactly sure then, I've never heard of something like that happening, I mean unless it's onboard you could always open it up and check for a label as a last resort.
