So I turned my manual fan controls up in my case, but when I go into the BIOS to change the manual speed of the fans electronically they don't change at all. They're running at 2000 rpm, and significantly louder than before. I'd like them to be able to run automatically towards a target CPU temperature

I did however forget to mention I need to replace the PSU cause its slightly underpowered.
The GPU has 1gb and is a directx11 btw.
