can somebody please elaborate on the title

the "trash can" style they went for with their new thingamajig that i stopped caring about

i know i'm probably shooting in the dark here but

what would be good for a budget of $350 - $425 that leans more towards processing power than graphical power
looking for parts that would be good for music production, which is quite cpu intensive.
not reeeeally into games, but at least something that can run blockland with low shaders at a decent framerate, decent being ~30+ fps at say, 1366x768.

also can be AMD or intel

sound card doesn't have to be listed

Does this have to include the OS?
