You're also missing out on the fact that AMD is coming out with a 9350.
lol, i thought we are comparing current cpu's and not ones that are going to come out in the future. its like intel's newest cpu's are last or something

They literally just came out with the 4 whatever seiries

your point? you told me intel makes 8-core cpu's, and i showed you the cheapest one i found.
lol you are so stupid
first of all you claim that amd nor intel are more powerful, now you spew out random bullstuff?

I'm gonna tell you something now, choose to listen to it or not, doesn't make a difference to me.

Reading carefully is always a good idea before attempting to make a retort.

Take that as you want

But on the real topic, server CPU's are absolutely differently optimized, and saying Intel is better because they don't have 8 core desktop processors is not even remotely valid.

having inferior technology in no way makes you better, just because new technology isn't optimized yet

and I've literally run tests in work against the i7 series with my 8350, and I have won each one every time.
benchmark sites are absolute bullstuff lmao, they mostly take statistics off paper and/or don't isolate the tested variable.

ok

I accidentally removed internet explorer from the start menu on my windows 8 laptop. I tried to re-add it but it sends me to the desktop with internet explorer windowed and the icon on the start menu is different as well. Does anyone know how to fix it back to the way it was?

thats because intel has to advertize their stuff everywhere

I've been trying to have my rig reviewed but I'm not getting much myself.

twice performance, what is this
I mean seriously, just because intel is better by two fps doesnt make it better overall. Paying 50 dollars extra for 2 more fps doesnt make it worth it, as I said before, its just opinions no need to get loving butt hurt over it.
You're looking at the bottom line, and because of that you're ignorant. I'm trying to help you understand why an i5-3570k is worth $40 more than an 8350 to people. I never said anything about something having twice the performance. The only "twice" I mentioned was that the 8350 has twice the effective cores as the 3570k but only barely outperforms it. Also, why do you keep saying "fps"? The site you linked measures benchmark metrics in relative score, nowhere on that page is "fps" even mentioned except for a single time in the comments section

You're clearly only hating on intel because they hold a much larger brand recognition than AMD (they do)
But you're disregarding what the hardware can actually do and you're just trying to find stupid and incorrect reasons to back up your misinformed opinion. I'd also just like to point out that tomshardware is one of the best sites on the internet for objective real-world gaming and productivity benchmarking for almost every hardware component in existence.

fine, lets go letter by letter like in kindergarden...

you are saying that the hyperthreaded quad core is less powerful that the fx-8350 without any evidence
i provided you 3 links to websites, 2 with benchmarks, 1 to a builder forum; the i7 in the poll is more suggested by a large margin and the benchmarks Clearly show the results which support that;

apparently more cores -> super ultra technology? the future?? yeah forget per-core performance ill go riding on my 16 core amd cpu like a loving boss yo

benchmark sites are absolute bullstuff lmao, they mostly take statistics off paper and/or don't isolate the tested variable.
and where are you getting this from? oh right, straight out of your star fish

the fact you're getting so angry about this confuses me, just because you cant take someone that likes amd you have to bash them for it?

If you think I'm angry you're wrong. In fact, I'm actually enjoying this.
Stop dodging the question and either come up with some proof that you opinion has any value or accept that you're wrong

That is the final rig (unless the MoBo sells out, only 4 left)
What do you guys think?
If it were me, I'd swap the case for a cheaper solution like the NZXT Source 210, get an FX-4300 instead.

wow ur 2 fps.
No, I'm not hating on intel, its a prefrance that i like amd, you cant take the loving fact that I don't and plus that I don't care for them in the first place, its not such a huge deal that I like amd more, It's also relevent that the goverment killswitch was confirmed by intel and the anti theft thing applies for a goverment killswitch. You're also not understanding that just because intel has 2 more fps then intel that it doesnt make them overall better. I mean for forget sakes, AMD 8350 is as much as an i5 and its as good as i7's and you're also not understanding I hardly even play games anymore besides blockland. I don't see such an issue with liking amd over intel and you say I don't like them because they are a more popular brand? No, it's just prefrance and it's not such a huge deal. Sorry I'm not siding with a brand that I don't like and that I think amd is better.
