It might of been $280 but idk, it can play shogun 2 on ultra graphics with 60+ fps and anti-aliasing, I can also play bf3 on decent settings so I think I'd like to keep it.

You could keep the extra money, there isn't much worth upgrading on that build. You could get a nicer looking case (if you care), and/or a good aftermarket cpu cooler if you plan to overclock

I mean, you downgraded the HDD, ram, and case only to up the cpu to enthusiast class. The bottleneck on the hard drive will be felt long before you need any more cpu power. Also, I think you're undestimating the i3-4130, it's almost as fast as the 3570k for half the price. The only thing it lags behind in is multithreaded applications even though its 2 cores are hyperthreaded and the 3570k only has 4. If the computer needs to work well with multithreaded applications, an FX-6300 would be a better choice anyway
