hello forums i have a small little issue with my computer that i was wondering if any of yall could help with

so on my case there are these two big fans on a front door for cooling. however the top one is unbalanced i think so it'll randomly start rattling when the computer is on
how do i fix

It could be the screws being loose/a clamp thing not connect. Take off the fan and reseat it. If that doesn't work than duct tape it.

Trust me, I've had fan problems get solved that way. If neither work than your fan must be warped

Duct tape or make sure all 4 screws are tight.

there aren't any screws
the fan is totally built into the case

I was joking, lol. I still think I should get Win7 though.
complains about price of intel, gets the most expensive os

flawless logic

You can reuse the disk. (not the cd key but who cares.)

so you already have the os?

I have Windows 7 Home Basic.

EDIT:
There is something I forgot to ask:
Will my win32 programs still work with Windows x64?

Straighten the fan, duct tape in place. Unless its the actual blades thats tilted, it might be bearings in that case.

Yes, there is pretty much no downside to 64-bit.

Yes. 64 bit is called x86-64 because it uses the same instruction set as x86 (32 bit) and there is backwards compatibility.

i'm thinking it might be the fan's axis, it feels a lot warmer than the one below it

It might be the bearings then. Try lubricating them somehow
