close, but not quite. 7770, FX 4130, Asus M5A78 Plus, CX430. It's also a Cougar Spike, not a Source 210.

works for me, especially since I only spent less than $410 with Windows to get all of it.

why did you get z87 and the K version of the i7 if you won't overclock? I would've gotten just a cheaper B85 or H87 board and a Xeon, would've turned out cheaper, would've put the money toward something else like a bigger SSD or whatever the office would benefit from

I didn't put together the build (hence several obvious clues in my post)
I only built it, I would assume the choice in mobo is due to the i/o (thunderbolt) and powersaving capability of this one

I was leaning toward black & red, but since that case was just recently released, it is in very high demand. the black and red one was out of stock and I'd have to wait 1 or 2 months for it to ship. however, ncix.com still has some white ones in stock which are ready to ship so I'll just go ahead and buy it
