Disassemble the keyboard and let the parts soak in soapy water for a while, then wash off everything with distilled water. After that, get rubbing alcohol, cotton wipes and q-tips and clean the circuit board. Make sure everything is completely dry before putting the keyboard back together. You can get water out from underneath ICs using a can of compressed air, baking the parts in the oven at ~120F will make the drying process quicker.

I talked to memory express and they told be that the coke might have started eating out the main board since it's acidic. I'm not covered under warranty with memory express anymore but I'm covered with razor but I can't for the life of me find their phone number or shipping address. Also do they cover damages from coke and stuff?

I already sent them an email but I don't know if I did the right centre for my problem. Also do you think what the guy at memexpress is right about the coke thing?

ugh jesus
I was gonna get windows from /r/softwareswap
but they're not allowed to sell microsoft products anymore :I
idk where else to get it without paying like $100 ;~;
try ebay. you may be able to get a key + download and boot from a USB stick, and then just put the key in.

thanks for the suggestions leet and georges!
also, I guess this is sorta relevant, since it's a GeForce card thing, but is ShadowPlay any good?

well he is right about coke being acidic but idk if it would really affect circuitry

you prob need a new keyboard

Just spent $230 on a new PSU and an R9 270. Can't wait.

should i get more dedotated wam along with a cpu or just a new graphics card?

Eh, it's decent enough. I'd get a WD Black (FZEX model) instead of the WD Blue, and the PSU doesn't exactly have stellar reviews. This one is $5 less, uses Seasonic as the OEM, and is perfectly adequate for your build: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-xfxts550w

Just how much do you have to spend?

I have a feeling you're going to have a bit of bottleneck between CPU and GPU if you try to upgrade the GPU, but if you upgrade the CPU, you likely won't see that big of a boost in gaming performance.

8 gigs is plenty for gaming purposes, so unless you're doing something like video editing, I think you're good on RAM.

I have a couple hundred dollars i could use, or I could just use the build as it is and put that money towards some other projects I have.

I really don't want to upgrade motherboards, and the only real alternative to the 4300 without spending big bucks would be like a 6300 or something, which I have heard doesn't really add much performance as far as gaming is concerned.

That being said I would like to get a faster GPU just because I'd like to max out a few more games.  Don't get me wrong, the 270 is a great card, especially for the price, but I feel like if I could sell it to a friend of mine and put that towards a faster card (possibly another AMD card, since GTA V is rumored to have Mantle support).  I was looking at the Gigabyte R9 280, which has a number of superior stats compared to my 270, but of course it is about 40 dollars more expensive for something that might not even give that much of a performance boost.

SO from the looks of it i can't really do much justifiably without dropping a lot of cash, so unless someone has some magic they can work up I guess my build is gonna stay the same.
