wtf i have the h100i and the 4670k and yet i idle at around 30c and on a stress test i barely hit 50c

Probably also helps I run two 140mm's in the front for intake air with a dust filter, a fractal design 140 18.5 Dba rated fan and a corsair AF140 21 Dba rated, plus a fractal 140 in the top back exhausting air out while the H105 exhausts with the AF120's out through the radiator.

My overclocked 4690k never went above 65~ degrees during a stress test and all I have is the Hyper 212 EVO :v
To be fair the Hyper 212 EVO is a pretty good CPU cooler, especially for its price. Not Noctura status, but still really good.

EDIT: Didnt see the new page

Probably doesnt help that i live in Arizona with a heater blowing on the back of the computer, but anyway

I have 5 stock Corsair fans, which are 3 140s, with the front 2 with intake and i moved the one in the back to the bottom and made that one intake to creative positive preasure in the case so that i reduce dust, and then the last two corsair fans are 2 120s on the radiator blowing out.

My Hyper T4 always kept my overclocked Phenom II X4 under 55c under load. Not quite as good as the 212 but very similar.

Lay the case on its side and set the monitor ontop.
that alone would take up well over half of my desk space.

Is have maybe a foot and a half on one side not occupied by the case. Plus it would raise my monitor up 10"-11".

My 6350 runs at 4.23 GHz all the time now, and I idle at 11 Celsius and at load 22 Celsius playing gmod, besiege, beamNG, and some even other CPU intensive applications such as Photoshop and Vegas still run at this temp according to Speccy.

Gotta love running that H105 I bought off Bisjac, thanks again Bisjac.
gotta love amd being notorious for reading false temps, huh ;)

I downloaded speedfan for your sake of reading false temp from speccy and for the one registering -128 Celsius, I have no clue what temp that could be for, but I assure that isn't the CPU.

I even did a little stress test, started idle temp before I started and an after temp once I worked it up to 98% usage where it has never gone before

The 431 MB file I used for photoshop to test a little more intensive on the RAM while I was at it

The broad overview while I ran some selective resource whores such as modded Minecraft 1.6.4 with Forge and Blockland Max all default shaders on Bones4 Titanic while rendering on Vegas Pro 11.0 a 1080p video.

yeah unless your room is kept at 40 degrees farenhiet and you have excellent cooling or you keep ice cubes in a watercooled system then that's a false temperature.
You'd get condensation buildup and fry your motherboard at 9c anyway.

also I got my CPU down to 1.05v at 4GHz and now it's a nice 52c ATM. c:

What temp should I be running my gpu at under load?

Depends a lot on what the ambient temperature of the room is and what the max operating temperature of your GPU is.

Generally, anything under 100C for desktop GPUs is fine. I think 60C is supposed to be the "ideal" range, but so long as you have adequate cooling and ventilation and you don't over-overclock, you'll be fine.

Ah ok, then I'm worrying for nothing. I have the 970 ASUS Strix, and the fans were basically never on since it was hovering around 60C in-game, so I adjusted the curve to kick them on at 40C. I guess I could adjust it again to keep it in the 50 range. Thanks. :)

Sorry if you can't handle my H105 is good at it's job and the fact my motherboard isn't fried from condensation you dolt

Jesus, get a new thermostat.

I'm not entirely sure what this sentence is supposed to mean, but using different software isn't going to make the hardware's thermometers better.

This guy doesn't list temperatures anything like yours.

should I wait for the mechanical apex keyboard or just buy membrane from steelseries

or do you guys have any nice looking keyboards that you can suggest ?

anyone?

Meant that for at Nal who was bitching at me on steam cause AMD reports false temps and he wanted me to get speedfan.

One difference is I don't software manage my h105 it is manually controlled fan speed wise by me through a controller.
