Go with a Crucial MX100 or Samsung Evo 850. I know both of those are supposed to be the bees knees. Also why go for a 128GB  when most 256GB ones are only a little bit more

I'll see how much they are. A little can be more than you think in Soviet Canuckistan.

yo so i got my heatsink (cryorig H5) and my thermal paste (arctic silver), but my heat sink came with its own tube of thermal paste. would i be better off using the stuff it came with or what?

If you have your own thermal paste, then you don't need to use the tube they gave you.

i been desperately needing a gm200 card.
it was between a single titan X, or sli whatever other gm200 they eventually came out with.

It's a really good build overall, but I recommend that you get a higher-quality power supply, like the 550W XFX TS: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550gts3x It's got better capacitors, has 80+ Gold efficiency and is the same price as the Corsair CX.
I'd also recommend adding an SSD for the OS, if you have the money. A 256GB Crucial MX100 is only $110 and makes a HUGE difference compared to a hard drive: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct256mx100ssd1

i totally didn't misalign it at first. totally didn't have to clean everything and have my dad put it on. absolutely not.

also i was wondering why i couldn't get the ram in until i realized i wasn't pushing hard enough.

i cant wait! im not rdy!

im hoping for either a replacement/updated model to the g10, or some cool new cases.

So can anyone give me the gist of what is new with the 5th gen Intel processors? I know the 4th gen was drastically lower power usage, but I haven't really kept up since.

is 5th gen the (broadwell?) 2011v3?
or skylake that comes in november

It been like this for the past hour. Do I shut it off or will that forget up my OS?

To be fair i think it had to do with you putting way too much thermal paste on the cpu, not the cooler

apparently not

My 970 idles at around 30c, games at 70c.
