new technology is scary and not aesthetically pleasing. take me back to the old days of beige plastics.
can you image how poopy a robot with those aesthetics would look

YO WHATS THE BEST GAMING PC I CAN BUILD FOR UNDER $500?
Deadass broke and can't shell out any more than that at the current time. I don't need a keyboard, a mouse, or a monitor.
why don't you just wait until you have more money?

Because I need a car and my job pays stuff money. I can always upgrade in the future.

Thanks, Pentium!

if you need a car, wouldn't it be best to not spend $500 right now...

I need to get the computer out of the way first, once I get the car I'll be paying like 200$ for insurance a month, plus gas and food and I need a PC for music and school. Why does it bother you so much?

don't quick fix a computer

spend some more

Why? I could always just spend more later on and upgrade it. I just need something that'll play a few games and let me record music.

Does this look good? Just a slightly more expensive alternative to Pentium's build.

I'm looking at this card http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7260x2gd5oc I already checked to make sure it was compatible with my motherboard. Only thing is that it would start to scrape at my PSU. My psu is a antec 450 bronze 80+, after doing the math I'm only getting 360W. With this GPU I'd need 310W, would it still be safe with the 50W space?

with a 80 bronze for sure you're getting at least 369W out of the 450. (82% effeciency at the least.)
I might knock it up to a 500w 80 bronze for a little bit of extra wiggle room, as I certainly wouldn't want to cut it that close imo.

Yo, i've been thinking about getting a gaming desktop for a while and doing a little research and i've found this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00R2N5OG8?vs=1#

The computer is 100% upgradeable and I have 0% knowledge when it comes to picking parts for computers. My budget is around $700-900. And I know that it would be better if i build one my myself, but i dont own a windows 7 or 8 copy to install into the computer which would be an extra $100, not to mention that i have other essentials i need to buy (keyboard, monitor, etc) so it will jack up the price a lot

Thanks

Would I be able to still use it though? I don't have money for a new PSU.
