Take it to a repair shop, otherwise take it apart and verify the digitizer cables are connected correctly, if that doesnt fix it take it to a repair shop. At repair shops our jobs are to fix stuff and it is hard to diagnose things over the internet, if you cant figure it out just take it to a repair shop.

wat even is all that stuff

i guess you could say its a   beefy pc

Heres the list of DNS servers im using http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/a/free-public-dns-servers.htm
FreeDNS is what I personally use, and encourage most people to use.
I also managed to be able to finally connect to some sites, and can finally access my schoolwork over the internet, but I cant seem to connect to youtube at all. Im able to ping the domain and get perfect responses but every time I try to connect via browser, i get a error saying the connection timed out.
So you're able to resolve hostnames, but unable to connect to the websites themselves through your browser.  This proves your IP configuration and TCP stacks are proper and working correctly.
Check to see if your computer has any global proxy settings that might have accidentally been turned on.  Additionally, try installing an entirely new browser and check if that works.  Sometimes the solution could simply be just changing your IP configuration back to automatic (DHCP.)  If you use a second or third-party tool to configure your NIC, try uninstalling it.

What IS that??

Thanks. Managed to finally fix it, had to do with the routers DHCP settings

So at work today, someone came in with a "laptop" 2004, and she had upgraded it to windows 7 but now wanted windows loving XP back. Now I have to spend hours of my life fixing someone's stuff because they want to move back steps in life. This is mainly a problem because windows discontinued support for XP so I have to stuff around to find what I need.

uh shes paying you for it why do you care about spending time on doing stuff if you get paid

Because it is not interesting stuff, it is boring stuff that no human should have to burn time with.

What the literal flying forget happened and is this even possible

It's just a 'computer mod' someone did, should be obvious by the dye/marker/whatever on the IDE cable

that, or there was too much digital dancing
