are you talking about this one?

wireless is a no for me, it only has 1500 dpi compared to the 16k on the mouse i posted, and its way more expensive
i also have a beef with logitech over the hassle they gave me just to get my G13 to work right
No, I'm talking about the MX Master:
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/mx-masterIt has a DPI of 1600 which is more than enough for regular human beings. Also, the mouse you posted apparently doesn't actually go up to 16400, it interpolates 8200 dpi, effectively cheating its way up to 16400. Also, DPI realistically doesn't mean much to the actual use of the mouse.
Logitech has a new gaming mouse, and that gaming mouse has an edgy name to go with its ridiculous new 12,000 DPI sensor: Proteus Core. Logitech's G502 Proteus Core is the successor to the G500s, which is just a year old. Logitech calls the 12,000 DPI sensor, "the world's most powerful and accurate sensor," and say that it's a brand new design that no other mouse on the market has.
High DPI doesn't say much about sensor quality—most gamers use a DPI setting in the low thousands, and no one can realistically control a mouse at 12,000 DPI—but Logitech claims the sensor has "zero acceleration, zero smoothing or filtering, and zero pixel rounding."
The above is just a sample of reality. At higher DPIs, even the slightest movement would send your cursor across the monitor uncontrollably.
Regardless, I get your apprehension on wireless. I've been using it flawlessly, mostly plugged in anyways just so I don't have to charge it regularly, and its good for those of us with multiple computers that want to use the same mouse across all them, with its swap bluetooth connections between three devices.
