Almost every kick votekick I've ever seen come up in a versus game is if someone isn't doing as well as everyone else. Unless it's obvious that they're griefing, I automatically vote no. If possible, play with a friend because just one no vote will prevent you from being kicked, that way, if you're having an off day, they will have to live with it, instead of kicking you just so they can win.
