hey dumb forget, do you know how taxes work? taxes are in place to lower the profit margin of the product thus forcing the seller to mark up the prices. Without taxes goods would sell for a lot lower price. Hence the advent of online shopping/wholesale. There's no tax on most online shops.

Obama decided it was time for our tax cut given by bush 10 years ago to expire, this increases everyone's taxes.

Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, but weren't the bush tax cuts only extended for middle/lower class?  Or was this cut out of the "fiscal cliff" extension nonsense that they had to rush out at the last after-minute of the "cliff" going over?

That's just.. not true. Ronald Reagan was the president during the 1980s, and he just so happened to be Republican. Let's look at some things he did.

- Implemented supply-side economic policies
- Escalated the cold war
- Tightened immigration laws
- Began the War on Drugs
- Lowered the minimum wage
- Slashed assistance to local governments

Yup. That looks exactly like Obama's plan. Also; just to note: Reagan lowered the unemployment rate from 7.4% (close to what it is now) to 5.4% with these policies.

If I had to choose between policies, I'd always root for the Democrats anyway, but just in personality I hate Romney and I think Obama is a kinda cool person. Romney is a plastic man.

What? Taxes make products more expensive because it increases the cost of production of the product so the company has to increase the price of the product to match.
