As far as I know there are no retailer copies of ALB yet since it's not released. You can pre-order ALB on steam though.
I personally think that ALB is significally better than EE but it's still in beta and there are a bunch of balancing issues.

Oh, it's just I saw gameplay videos of ALB and I thought they had it in stores.

Oh well, I guess I'll search for EE and then get ALB once it comes out.

I'd assume most of the EE community will switch over to ALB after it's release. If you see EE at like 10 Dollars go ahead and get it, both are good.
