V-oy-p

Or i just say voice-over-IP, because i'm too lazy to say the V-O part

I say voice chat.

But if I were ever to say VOIP as a word, it would probably be like void, but with a p, because it's the logical thing to do.

V.O.I.P.
Voice, over, internet, protocol

It stands for something, so you say each individual letter.
That's how you're supposed to do it, anyway.

VWAHP.
Like the French.
Just kidding.
VOYP.

At my job we call SCSI disks Scuzzies and we call PXE booting Pixie booting.

Even though it stands for something I prefer to say it as one word, VOIP. (voyp)

yes, you would
Yep, not sure why I tried to apply language rules onto an acronym.
