Poll • Military Weapons

Keep the military weapons to intensify and create chaotic combat.
Cut down on military weapons to keep realism and make finding guns very serious.

Yes, I do keep my miniguns in my barn.  :cookieMonster:

What happened to Shappeh or whoever was coding?

They're still coding, I thought it would be nice to have another helping hand.

I think in some instances more military gear would be great

So we're completely redoing all the animations, here is one of them:

Thats the strafing animation, here is another one:

Ignore the arms, they aren't going to move because they're seperate animations.

I'll post some other ones later, expect proning, crouching, vaulting, basic consumption, basic reload, sitting, walking (sneaking) and much more.

all this time and not a single mention a single mention about zombies

Zombies are dumb- actually though.

Zombies are the least of our worries, they will be pretty dumb to keep server efficiency but we'll have to play around with their spawning and such. Zombies is definitely one of the last things we do, we'll make them as hazardous as possible.

Vaulting sounds rather interesting. I hope it isn't glitchy like everything else parkour in this game.

I like the idea of having the zombies behave like the ones in WarZ: Dormant, unless provoked. If provoked, extremely vicious and deadly. They might not pile onto each other but I will make it so they follow you through obstacles quite closely. Zombies will always run faster than a player's run speed, but slower than a player's sprint speed. If you don't shoot or outrun a provoked zombie it will likely kill you.

What do you all think?

im all for miniguns and AA-12's as long as they're so damn rare you'd be more likely to find a red panda
I'm starting to think back to the COD weapon mentalilty.
Older players will prob. have an advantage due to the fact that they have guns while the new players only have some basic melee weapons. That can deter alot of players from playing, due to a monopoly of sorts.

Yeah but I don't want people dying left and right, if players die way more from zombies than players it might be a problem. It is a struggle to get the best gear after all, although people will work together if the zombies are very deadly and you can use zombies as a weapon against people.

Sounds great, we can do that when the time comes. Oh and if anyone was wondering, all the backpacks are done as well as the items.

except a crafty player with a knife can ambush and kill and old player and then their advantage is lost.

really the advantage veterans have is knowledge of where has what, not just weapons but healthkits, armor, cars, gas, food, etc.

Fair point.
