i had a girl slam me into the wall of a bathroom stall for no reason once
i just walked into the restroom, she grabbed me, slammed me into a stall wall and then went "oh sorry you weren't who i was looking for"
Don't take that, whip out your belt and start beating the forget out of her with the buckle.

or even become a ninja and Karate chop the living stuff out of her neck

or get inside her head and forget with her mind. Psychological damage is almost always worse than physical.

My school has almost no problems, but the kids are so douchey I'd have to get a note to excuse me from archery when/if I have gym this year. I'm almost certain I would hurt somebody on purpose or on accident because I'm clumsy as hell.

we need a MLK for kids.

Wow report that bitch. What a snoop I mean that is my number one pet peeve

Earlier today I was walking into class and a black girl grabbed my head and shook it, screeching like a monkey, then looked at me and said "Oops, wrong person." She then walked away like nothing happened, but later she ran into the classroom, again, screeching like a monkey, then ran out.

My Little Kony?
I was thinking of My Little Kindergarten, but that made me laugh.

Kids have 0% of their inalienable rights in this country.
Damn you Thomas Jefferson!(did I get it right?)

-Physical punishment

They do that everyday!
In P.E. :c

Did you hear about the Highschool in Texas with the tracker chips in Student IDs?
If I ever get those, Im taking the chip out and putting it down the toilet.

Things teachers are NOT legally allowed to do (things you can actually SUE THEM FOR):
1) Taking your things without reasonable cause (because you were texting in class does NOT count as reasonable cause, for example.)
2) Forcing you to stay after school (After school is done, you can leave no matter what they say and they can't do a damn thing about it)
3) Looking in your locker without reasonable cause
4) Physical punishment
5) Harassment (if the teachers are bullying you constantly, you can get them fired. I'm not kidding.)
6) Invasion of privacy (again unless there is reasonable cause, thanks for reminding me, maroon)

Teachers are literally powerless, don't put up with any of the things listed above. If they do any of those things, take some loving action.
I've gone and numbered your list.

1) They can stop you from doing nearly anything as long as it was disruptive to the learning environment.
2) They will usually just keep track of the times you skip on this and then get your parents and potentially the police involve. The police and your parents can force you to stay after school.
3) The term you are looking for is reasonable suspicion.
4) This varies from state to state.
5) You are correct. But usually they will just get a warning and wise up. Also, have fun trying to prove harassment in court.
6) Once again, reasonable suspicion.

The only people who have problems with teachers are the people who are always getting in trouble and the people who think their right and need to talk back. Usually if you don't give teachers any trouble they won't bother you.

From personal experience it seems like the teacher I've had in honors/AP classes are much more chill because they know the students taking these classes are responsible enough to handle themselves.

When i went to pick up my flash drive she said that she didn't know where it was and that she will "ask around"
I looked over on her desk and it was sitting on it...
You should have taken it. If she finds out you took it, you can show her the files that are clearly yours on it.

In my school, if you refuse a drug test and they suspect you're on drugs, it counts as an "admission to guilt." I can see where they're going with this, but it's still annoying. They also perform drug sweeps involving tossing all of your stuff into the middle of the hallway rarely.

Luckily for us, they added a "self-defense" clause to fighting. If "the aggressor" performs three strikes, you're allowed to beat the living forget out of them and get no punishment. That's assuming you made an effort to avoid it in the first place.
Plead the 5th. Pretty sure kids have constitutional rights, at least.
EDIT: my teachers are pretty cool.
if you teachers are dumbasses, just appease them, or they'll forget w/ you btw.

i remember in 5th grade i was sitting by a locker and somebody had scribbled on it with pencil
the teacher auto-blamed me
and made me erase it after class

Pleading the 5th usually means you are saying that you won't self-incriminate. However, by refusing to take a drug test you basically incriminate yourself because it is probable that your motive was to cover up drugs.
