You could say it's a bit rough, as cities forget they were saved, come back, etc. People working in the same city at the same time, or creating intercity connections while another player is using said city can cause corruption and such. So it's a risky game, but it's totally worth it imo.

I actually heard it was based off the feedback you gave during the firet two betas and whether or not you sent in bug reports.
