He obviously wasn't told to assassinate the guy because he is very unprofessional.
He wanted to do it for himself because he is butthurt or something.
The guy is really stupid if he forgot to rooster the gun back and he probably has no experience with guns if that was the case.
So I am guessing he was probably really upset for some reason and wanted to kill him for himself.
That gun is very cheap as well, looks like it was bought for like $5 on the street.
