Kirby's last game was in 2012 and it was a return to the super star formula featuring 3 brand new powers, new moves for old powers, while featuring the super star method of different button combinations while remaining as a 2 button game, relying on directional attacks and attacks determined on how long you hold the button, and 4 player co op, giving players the ability to play as 4 multicolored kirbies, meta knight, king dedede and a waddle dee wearing a bandanna. all of those 3 unique characters behaved like one single copy ability, each with their own quirks. It's one of the best kirby games to ever be released, and it's got sick music and great graphics to boot, even for a wii game.

Doesn't sound too dead to me. The reason is probably that sakurai develops both smash bros and kirby, meaning that he doesn't have time to work on two franchises at the same time. But the fact that new leaf has no kirby furnature or even clothes is really really sad.

Kirby is just isn't as popular as the other Nintendo franchises.

kirby and animal crossing are two games that make the most references to other games and the creator of kirby also made super smash bros and i thought those would link up together. it's more likely that there isn't any notable furniture that would look good kirby themed. there is a mii plaza kirby hat if that is compensation though lol
