There was actually plenty of Luigi
http://www.mariowiki.com/Year_of_Luigi

Dr. Luigi is available in the US since December 31st, but it won't be out until the 15th for Japan, Europe and Australia, so the Year of Luigi kind of leaked into 2014

I don't know how much longer Year of Luigi will "continue in 2014" though

They did say they're releasing a bit more minor Luigi stuff in 2014, like that Luigi's Mansion 2 diorama.

luigi is spreading everywhere.

luigi is spreading everywhere.

Everyone keeps making images of the Villager being evil and demonic and taking over the world but not many people have made the same things except with Luigi :(

The legend of Rosalina was better

Could someone show me a "Here, go to this place" guide on where the items in Link Between Worlds are? Most of the guides i find are "go left twice, right once and six times up" guides.

Uhh I didn't use one myself to get everything but I used Zelda Dungeon before because I couldn't find a heart container in Twilight Princess or something, the people there are pretty in-depth when it comes to locations and info.

I wonder why the villager in new leaf is all happy and cute while the one on smash bros. is "creepy", does anyone have an explanation about that?

outside of the art style of the animal crossing games the villager's relatively creepy

Exactly.
Imagine the villager next to Mario.
Now imagine him next to realistic-ish Link.
Now imagine him next to Snake. (is he going to be in the next ssb?)
yep

Because of his cheerful smile and wide open eyes that strangely always look to the side

And because of how he netted Mario and had a glare in his eyes when he was introduced in the first trailer

Then the internet went crazy and turned it into a sort of meme

I wonder why they used the old art style for him though.

Just finished my second playthrough of Super Paper Mario, what a great game.

Oh my gosh, just realized this is the 2007th post in this thread, which is the same year Super Paper Mario was released.
