Also, I have a few ideas:

Chickens that can lay eggs and you can raise them or cook the egg and eat it.

A small chance of a bee hive falling out when you chop a tree, which would then make a swarm of bees chase after you (the bees would just be invisible objects with particles attached or something). If they catch up to you, you get hurt.
