I keep my passwords in a Rolodex. I have them organized alphabetically by the website they correspond to. Much safter than keeping any form of digital copies, IMO

That's legit ridiculous. It's not hard to memorize a few strings of 14 characters and it's probably worth the time to avoid having to carry a rolodex of passwords with you when you go on vacation or something.

The initial 1-6 characters in my password varies
but the ending 7 is always the same

All my passwords are three random words. Long, easy to remember, and hard to guess.

It actually takes longer for a bot to solve that, than a random string of letters and numbers. It was some infographic or something, I think Qwepir posted it one time. That's where I got the idea from.

No it doesn't?
Bots can guess based on a vocabulary or random numbers or letters.
It depends on how many words you have put into it's vocabulary, there are some vocabulary files with a huge amount of words.
