Although, If he decides to reinstall windows he should be careful when backing up incase he doesn't save any infected files.

I really don't want to risk losing anything.
Ive been through that way too many times.

Sorry bro. Next time try to be more careful with what site you visit.

Try to think about it positively, Formatting and having a clean operating system is better then having a messed up and severely infected operating system.

Don't listen to these guys just yet, Try running http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/

You should probably paste it in pastebin.com instead of flat out here.

Also have you tried boottime scans and such as well? And make good use of safe mode while you're doing things too.

Looking at a hijack this log is actually a wonderful idea.

You probably do not have to reinstall Windows.

Have you tried Malwarebytes?

Completely blacked out about this. Yeah try hijackthis.

You could also consider looking at a combofix log.

I wasn't really planning on listening to them, especially considering I don't have an installation CD.
The most I'd be able to do is a system restore.

No I haven't tried any boottime scans yet. And I'll boot into safe mode shortly.

You probably do not have to reinstall Windows.

Have you tried Malwarebytes?
Have you read the last 2 pages?

Anyway, I'm trying hijackthis now.

Those look suspicious to me.

Akamai netsession is a prerequiste of downloading Autodesk software from the autodesk downloader.

And I'm not sure what the issue with spotify is?
