What happened to being able to steer in free-look mode while having mouse steering on? It seems to me that you can't steer your car that way anymore.

Yes, that is a very good observation you've made.

Fixed issue where if you are using mouse steering (ie strafe steering off) and hold the freelook key, strafe keys suddenly becomes turn again instead of roll
