Actually I gave it to my sister and bought a new key. She wanted one but I was convinced having a newer ID was better for some reason. That ID was 3k. Then that got hacked and now I'm 20k.

If toppuppy's key was low, it has nothing to do with his childishness.
An ID is an ID lol. Plain and simple.
People have given keys to younger brothers or family members and they may act differently.
Another idea: Maybe that's just the way he acts?
