No it's not a craptop i'm afraid.

Fps has always been bad in some places but now it seems to be dropping to 20ish in prisons. I've not played for quite a while (Kinda bored of it)

Enraged made all objects interactive and all interactive objects need extra processing even if they don't actually do anything when interacted with
combine those and you get some painful framerate drops
but idk
