why does that affect the content of a single update

Well.. When did you last play starbound? Did you play the colony update? Did you play the last update? If you haven't played since it came out on early access it's a different game.

Vinny streamed some Starbound last night, and it's meeting most of my expectations.

it runs suprisingly well now. a pet peeve of mine is the fact that crafting takes time, which clearly serves no purpose other than padding the game lenght

have you tried turning off vsync
it works for me

I have some questions:

1) Can you have more than 1 game save like in terraria?

2) If so, can you manually turn mods on and off for game saves like Blockland, so you can have a vanilla game save, and one with mods?

have you tried turning off vsync
it works for me

although it's not 60 turning off vsync up'd the fps for me, although I had to do it via the config files themselves

what did they even do to the space background that you see in the ship

why is it so colorful now? it's like one of the devs was like "man this bg is boring we need to spruce it up a bit. maybe add some nebulae?" and then the art guy was like "what the forget is a nebula" "you know dude like a colored cloud thing" "oh ok gotcha" and this is what came out

you can have different characters, but the same universe file. so i don't know if you can kind of switch up mods like that

The last time I played the game it was really mediocre to me and other people I knew, did it improve. What's new in this update??

Just looked over a bit of the stuff, I don't know if I'm going to go back to it but I might if I'm bored one day and I have nothing else to do.
