I'm small though... naturally small. But oddly enough I build up lean mass better.

i'm 14, weigh around 145-147 lbs, and am roughly 5' 4" - 5' 6"

is that overweight or what cause i feel like a fatass


5'10" 145 lbs. 5:45 fastest mile, 6:20 regular mile, 7:00 jog mile. Ran a 20k in 55 minutes. World record is 25k in an hour. Close enough. 5.2 second 50m sprint.

I'd swim but the pools aren't open in February. When they are open I swim like, every day.

EDIT: Just did the math and looked up Olympic times. I'm on par with top varsity cross-country runners in my age group.
