I did 30 push ups earlier today, but that put me on the verge of noodle-arm syndrome. Real on your toe push ups, too. I might do some more before bed because I heard it keeps your muscles working throughout the night. I'm trying to get myself into a respectable shape. I seriously hate my current body. What kind of workouts to you suggest for someone of my body type? If it helps, my apartment building has a community gym with a swimming pool. The gym has one of those adjustable 4-1 machine type things, it also has a stair climber and a treadmill. I have some weights on my desk that I curl whenever I catch myself sitting around and reading stuff on my laptop. Not sure how much they weigh, but I can curl with my right arm about 50 times until I HAVE to switch. Oh, and I ride my bike 2 1/2 miles to and from my bus stop every day, so my calves are iron (feels good man).

On a side note, what do you guys know about metabolic steroids. They are supposed to boost your metabolism, right? I think I might try those if they are safe enough.

30 pushups and 2.5 miles of biking a day when you are like morbidly obese? Not trying to be mean but doesn't sound possible did you make a mistake in your height or weight?

Also leg press is really easy especially if it is at a forgiving incline. I've never done it because it's such a worthless exercise but I know my mom could do 400 lbs. when she was 13 and weighed 100 lbs. and I've seen people on forums that can leg press over 1000 and squat under 200 so pretty sure jazz can do what he claims and also that it's not impressive.

I'm 120lbs and can do 75 consecutive pushups, and 175-200 consecutive situps (200 when I'm motivated lol)

alzo 6ft (laying down, too)
