Also I notice that at least for my playthrough, Devil's Kiss Boost costs $666

You could justify it in the thought it was designed with Comstock's army protecting the ship in mind. And it might have been made before a prominent Vox threat.

considering the world you have to defend it in is actually having the airship transplanted from the original, where the vox are basically totally powerless, they could never have predicted it'd literally be sieged.[/font]
