Honestly, LEGO will eventually end up having the prime building game, it's just a matter of time.

Lego has proven time and time again they can't handle supporting any type of game that requires a multiplayer network

I know, I thought the same thing. Why did LEGO Universe go bankrupt? They had lots of costumers and basically everyone who I knew from the 5th-7th grade played it.

the marketing was directed mostly at children and netdevil ultimately lost money from it. they went under soon afterwards.

it's a damn shame, too. I only played the alpha/beta but even at that point the game was mostly complete. it definitely had production values, unlike a lot of other games these days.

Lego Universe was such an underrated game. I can remember playing it and having such great fun.

However, the only flaw I thought it had was how OP the faction gear was.

I just searched it up, I hope you didn't make that up because I got no search results related to a game named "nexus universe".
oh.  Well i heard of something. Sorry

Lego Universe was amazing. Too bad their marketing sucked and they were demanding too much money for a membership.

Im still trying to recover Lego Digital Designer remakes of all the Models and such.

This, so much this.

How long ago did Lego Universe come out? I'm probably recalling something different but I didn't think the game was seriously that old.

Oh nevermind

I wasn't impressed with the game personally.

I waited for years to play this game just to be disappointed about its building freedom. Although my only experience with it was the beta, but it still felt really horrible.

The graphics and aesthetics were really great though. The lego blocks were so shiny and cool looking. Too bad everything else about the game was very very low quality.

OOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY

I hope it doesn't take years to release though.
Lego Universe 2 out in 284837283013

BTW I was a part of the beta, it had some awesome mini-games and places, but it kinda dissapointed me because from the first ever trailer I was expecting a free open-world LEGO game that it's not related to something like "power-up yourself and save the world from an evil force" I was expecting something more like Blockland and LEGO City Undercover combined
