The opportunity to tear out somebody's brain and slap them with it while stabbing a radio?
My extremely specific special interest is finally satisfied!

Ew gross.

I'll buy it

Why can't it be free?

Oooooh :)))

Too bad it's not on Steam right now.

I want it on Steam :c

Nerd3's video on it was funny, But I'm not very impressed by it's 3 levels.

It's cool but I'd only pay like £0.99 for it. More fun to watch than to play. :P

^ Actual Steam page. Turns out they used their being greenlit to release a redone version of it instead of just putting the game out. :U Seems kinda like a richard move, but whatever.

loving sweet
i like how in the trailer, they're not actually playing the game serious, just loving around like all the lets players
(rocking the head)

what

Surgeon Simulator got greenlit. Instead of putting the game on Steam, they redid the game and put it on Steam. By that logic, you could get anything greenlit, then use that slot to put anything on Steam. It's a bit of an exaggeration, but it still seems weird people can vote to have one game added to Steam but have a completely new one added instead. Technically that's against the interests of those who gave favor to whatever they voted for.

But it's not another game.  It's a much improved (as promised) version of the original.  Frankly, I would feel ripped off if I payed for the original.

Looks pretty good. If anyone wants to trade me this for Natural Selection 2 on steam (thats like, double your money right there) that would be awesome.

Ed: NVM, I gots it now.

No... they just added/fixed stuff to it. The heart transplant level is almost the exact same as the free version so this is just it with more levels.
