A single ship, The Neozjwani, from the Premein Fleet reappears next to the ship, and sends messages in Khon asking what strange technology they've come across to replicate a subspace rip without any apparent use of MM.

TE coordinators are shocked and teleport the recording of the Khonian response to Khona.  They ask if the voice can be recognized, or if the dialect can be recognized as current, or recognizable.

The fleet responds by saying that nations on Earth, once separated, had combined, and that the Sol System had experienced a great period of peace, and that reproduction became more frequent, on multiple planets because of colonization.  Also, probes operate much of the ships' operations, though not nearly all of them.  Because the Premein fleet's capabilities of traveling in many different ways, and over great distances with ease, much of it's use is directed to exploration, and if possible, colonization.

The IMO insists that this force is hostile, seeing that he has begun to fire upon The Neozjwani, and that investigations must be made.  The IMO also insists that a higher class ship be put on scene instantly.  TE-owned ERUs are teleported to Khona and request that they be able to fit a ship with devices that will allow it to teleport.  The IMO suggests that a superior to the commander be put on-site to deal with this apparent mutiny/betrayal.

Detailed scans on the Khonian ship has revealed that it is from another universe.
