I can make these by superheating a tiny bit of the core of a star (Hotter ones are much easier and faster to use.) which I got by using high powered teleportation technology, however in order to use it I have to be very close to a star to the point of my hull melting, this is why cooler stars are safer to do this at. upon being superheated, the gravity exceeds all the tiny star core can take, and thus, creates a miniature singularity, in this case we've done this for our crossbow by creating a "bolt" that's identical to the same technology I use within the engines of my ships.

But, it's not without MM stabilization. I said that we have the exact same materials as our universes are identical, the only real differences is the fact that Conservatia has taken over Sol and stuff, Destroyed Venus, and renamed things to accommodate its liking.
