Why run the mod in the first place? If the mod can be run on a toaster; it can be run on anything.

I have already admitted I was wrong and apologized for it.

Doesn't change a lot, most of what you're saying about your hosting "service" isn't really necessary at all.

The gamemode uses CPU.

Guys. Hammereditor is trying to help us, so that WB can run on the servers. Stop stuffting on him.

Once HammerHost gets the new FX-based server, this means I can host 40 or more players on Winter bite!
But looks like Portal master doesn't want to talk to me anymore.

There's a difference between offering to help us, and spending several days filling up pages explaining how his service isn't horrible and it's all Winterbite's fault, it and its CPU consuming mod! God damn our CPU consuming mod! I haven't seen this ordeal as Hammer helping us; rather, Hammer helping himself. We've already located another host, and now all Hammer is doing at this point is trying to prove he's got a decent hosting service.

You are taking this quote out of context:
The gamemode uses CPU.
Here, I was answering this guy:

My answer was that since the mod uses CPU, it's more accurate to have it enabled & running. I was referring to the test which I did.

All this post did was further re-assure me that you're protecting your own interests here.
I happen to be "this guy" and in that quote, the fact that it uses CPU shouldn't matter jack-stuff-all, because it was the bricks you claimed several times were the biggest problem.

The CPU has to process those bricks, and their properties, where they are, what happens to them, etc.

Yes, I understand, but I was testing the CPU usage. Although the gamemode uses a tiny amount, it's accurate to have everything enabled during CPU usage tests.
Also, the game mode makes it use more disk.

Did you just miss the complete context of that post? I know what the CPU does; I was more talking about how the mod doesn't use much to any CPU and enabling it would be pointless.

You were running things that you had no permission to run whatsoever, that's more why I'm getting on you than anything.

How is that much of a problem? Cowboy did the same test as I did yesterday. He found nothing ethically wrong with this, and I don't believe it's wrong if I delete the files immediately after completion.
that's more why I'm getting on you than anything.
Then why didn't you mention this earlier?

I thought the fact that I started questioning you without end about modifying the code was a giveaway.

It did have an end.

It did have an end.
I'm 99.7% sure that's just a bullstuff response. I could very well be wrong.
