Basically, a person comes up with a single thing in the world that if changed might have made a big impact.

Example:

Person 1: In a world where sharks can walk on land...
Person 2: There would be no human life.
                In a world where money was made of cheese...
Person 3: It would solve world hunger, but everyone would be broke.

In a world where no one could feel pain (but can still die)...
