OVERVIEW

Fire Emblem: Awakening is the newest Fire Emblem game for the Nintendo 3DS, announced at Nintendo's 2011 3DS Conference ahead of the 2011 Tokyo Game Show. The story focuses on the prince of the Halidom of Ylisse and his companions as they struggle during a turbulent era. Players are able to combine the might of nearby allies using Pair Up and enter dual battles using the Dual System to defeat enemies.

Gameplay footage shows that the traversable world map, last seen in Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, and special skills like Astra from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn will make a return. This game will feature a playable character that can be customized, a feature last seen in Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo ~Hikari to Kage no Eiyū. Just like in the previous game, the player can choose between Classic Mode and Casual Mode.

Is it worth buying a 3ds for? because I've been thinking about it but I'm on the hedge.

I think my sister plays this

Demo's epic. Might buy.

lol, so does mines. she says "ooo i love chrom"
"i want to bang chrom"
she needs some help.

That's why I bought it. But it's usually downloaded from eShop since the stores don't have many copies of it. So seeing that my dad got me and my sister 2 copies is just little less of a miracle.

So is this game worth anything? I heard its an obscure more Japanese Nintendo series. Is it fun? I don't really like turn based combat, unless its something like Paper mario or Mario & Luigi style where you can actually block and power up your attacks manually.

Now we wait for Lord Tony to show up and say this game would have been better on the Vita.
