i cant explain exactly but can someone make something so where if you make a building underwater, completely sealed, there will be no water inside because normally even if its sealed the waters inside

There might be a way, however, to remove some of the effects if you enter a trigger you place. (i.e. no blue tint and gravity is normal)
I dont really know much on how to do such a thing, ask someone who does.

You can change the gravity, use a physical zone in f11>f4>mission area(?)

Yeah, but you'd have to do that EVERY TIME. And get it exactly right. I'm sure someone like Randy could figure some uber-1337 h4xx way to do it.

you could do a crazy-assed thing involving either 3d tiled water, or a form of pattern recognition that would be neigh on impossible to code, if the TGE would even allow dynamic spawning and deleting of waterblocks.

Im not sure but i think you can save it to the map. You go F11 then save or somthing im not sure i did it in RTB.
