I go to the gym at least 5/7 days a week (mostly on days I go to work, go right from to work to the gym). I consume over 3,000 calories a day and have steadily been gaining over 2 pounds of muscle mass per week.
I doubt 50% of you could curl 20 pounds 25 times, I seriously do, and that's not riding a high horse, that's being honest.
Firstly, consuming 3000 calories a day is probably something you can only do at a stretch. I bet you don't even count.
Secondly, 2 pounds of muscle mass is impossible so you clearly have 0 idea what you're talking about
Thirdly, 20 pounds is not a lot of weight. You cannot ride a high horse while curling that much weight. You have no room to brag here.
