No the wiiu version isn't really that bad. He just doesn't like the game.
You DO have to time your swings, That's how the series is.
Well i just don't like the design choices that they went with. The graphical quality on the Wii U is a shame. They could have done so much more. The aesthetics are loving stuff. All the armor pieces and weapons are highly detailed, but all of the monsters and the landscape are pretty much untouched.
Adin asked for other people's opinions. Yours is not paramount nor the centerpiece of this thread. By saying it's an 'starfish move' to express his opinion when asked to loving do so is completely stupid. Get off your loving high horse.
There is a great difference between "Yeah, but in my opinion this and that" and "Go to hell, your opinion is loving incorrect. This is what i think". Hiiro used the latter which is the reason i said that its an starfish move. The reason i didn't quote him was because i was on phone and i can't delete that much text.
In case you didn't read Hiiro's post here it is:
the "points" brought up by Tonkka were not accurate.
Most of these were based on more of an opinion (e.g. "The dialog is hard to read in such a small text box")
whoa holy stuff
Is the Wii U version really that bad?
I have the 3DS version and I love it to pieces.
It isn't
that bad, but its an insult to the Wii U's power capabilities. Its like making a fat guy who has never done exercise and an athletic football superstar run a race, but the super star isn't allowed to run faster than the fat guy.
OrSince its a Wii port, here's another example: A fat man who has never done exercise trains up to be an athletic superstar, but he can't run anymore than a few seconds faster than the fat guy, even though he could.
