Space and time are two different things. Space-time is the plane of existence upon which all known matter sits. Also using the theory of space-time manipulation you still wouldn't be going faster than the speed of light, because rather than your moving it is actually space-time itself that is being moved, and space-time moves infinitely fast.

If you're talking about spacetime, you can't say that space and time are two different things. The very core of the spacetime theory says that space and time are woven together to a common entity. Neither space or time can exist without the other. But that's not really what I meant.

I meant that spacetime manipulation and warpholes are basically the same thing: "bending over" the plane that is spacetime and connecting it somewhere else.
