Blizzard enviroment

I would love to see an "enviroment" like the default snow one, but with raging snow. Maybe with that a very thick fog.

Does this exist? If it does please tell me.

Whenever i replace rain.png with a snow.png (from another file) it goes back to rain.png whenever I start up a game.

copy it and make another environment file
the launcher replaces/fixes all files that are edited..

Don't do this, zackowacko's is completely unnecessary.
Simply set the file's properties to read-only
