Sure, his character was awful, but he wanted it in the story! Since you didn't require a personality or details, there's no way he could have been a Gary Stu. I don't see why you didn't use him.

I get why you didn't accept both of them (Niff cosplaying as sonic for no explicable reason, and there is no explanation for Bruno Jr.), but I don't see what was so bad about Mark.
