The police car drivers got wrecked, their cars crashed into bins and small openings in the alleyways, but soon more and more came, and stronger. Some even had small fencing on their windows. Big enough for protection against bullets, but small enough for cops to easily see what's infront and beside them. It was the same with a SWAT van that was also pursuing. A helicopter was also above them. It gave them almost no choice.
